摘　　要：针对现有军用软件第三方测试供应商选择评价方法存在的指标考虑不全、客观性不足等问题,提出一种新的基于准入项和评分项指标体系的评价方法。给出指标的定义,提出准入项指标的评判准则和评分项指标的采集规则,采用灰色关联分析法和变异系数法计算评分项指标的灰色加权关联度,依据关联度排序实现选择评价。实验评价显示该方法能聚焦核心评价要素,具有较好的客观性和易用性,评价结果可信。Aiming at the problems of incomplete evaluation indexes and lack of objectivity in the existing evaluation methods of third party testing suppliers for military software,a new evaluation method based on the index system of admission items and scoring items is proposed.The defini-tion of the index,the evaluation criteria of the admittance index and the collection rules of the scoring index are given.The grey correlation analysis method and coefficient of variation method are used to calculate the gray weighted correlation degree of the scoring index,and the selection evaluation is realized according to the ranking of correlation degree.The experimental evaluation shows that the core evaluation elements could be focused,and the method has a good objectivity and is easy to use,so the evaluation results are reliable.
