摘 要:首先分析了磁悬浮轴承支承刚度与其结构参数以及控制参数的关系,然后计算了磁悬浮轴承的线性支承刚度。在此基础上,基于集总参数法建立了磁悬浮制冷压缩机转子离散模型,采用传递矩阵法计算了该转子的前4阶临界转速及相应的振型,并研究了磁悬浮轴承支承刚度对该转子临界转速的影响,并对位移测量位置的合理性进行了探讨。研究成果对磁悬浮轴承及转子系统的设计及优化提供有益的理论指导。First,the supporting stiffness of the magnetic bearings and its relationship with the structural parameters and control parameters are analyzed.Then,the linear stiffness of the magnetic bearing is calculated.On this basis,a discrete model of the rotor of a magnetic levitation refrigeration compressor was established based on the lumped parameter method.The first 4 critical speeds and corresponding mode shape of the rotor were calculated by the transfer matrix method.In addition,the relationship between the critical speeds and the bearing stiffness was also analyzed.The rationality of the displacement measurement position was analyzed.The research results provide useful theoretical guidance for the design and optimization of magnetic bearings and rotor systems.
