摘  要:电子元器件温度是影响变频空调器使用寿命的关键因素之一,因此如何降低变频空调器正常运行时电子元器件的温度是电控盒设计过程中必须要考虑的问题。本文针对顶出风变频空调器电控盒设计方案对电子元器件温升的影响进行分析,确定顶出风变频空调器电控盒满足防水性能要求的最优设计方案,该研究对顶出风变频空调器的电控盒设计具有一定指导意义。The temperature of electronic components is one of the key factors affecting the service life of frequency conversion air conditioner.Therefore,how to reduce the temperature of electronic components during the normal operation of frequency conversion air conditioner is a problem that must be considered in the design of electric control box.The influence of the design scheme of the electric control box of the top outlet frequency conversion air conditioner on the temperature rise of electronic components is analyzed,and the optimal design scheme of the electric control box of the top outlet frequency conversion air conditioner under the condition of meeting the waterproof performance is found out.This research has certain guiding significance for the design of the electric control box of the top outlet frequency conversion air conditioner.
