摘  要:螺杆制冷压缩机具有结构简单、工作可靠性高、维修简单等一系列优点,被广泛应用于制冷行业中,与国民经济和社会生活息息相关,在“双碳”目标下,螺杆制冷压缩机也面临着新的挑战与机遇。本文试从型线优化、变导程设计等方面探讨螺杆制冷机的能效提升技术,并介绍一些低碳应用场景,旨在揭示“双碳”目标下螺杆制冷压缩机的发展趋势。Screw refrigeration compressor has a series of advantages such as simple structure,high reliability and simple maintenance,so that it is widely used in the refrigeration industry.Under carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,screw refrigeration compressor is also facing new challenges and opportunities.This paper discusses the energy efficiency improvement technology of screw refrigeration compressor from the aspects of profile optimization,variable lead design and so on,and introduces some low-carbon application scenarios,in order to reveal the development trend of screw refrigeration compressor under carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.
