“双向五环”混合式教学模式构建及学习效果影响因素实证探究

摘　　要：在高校“课堂革命”背景下,秘书学专业课程教学亟待改革。以秘书实务课程为例,可构建基于应用型秘书人才培养目标的“双向五环”混合式教学模式。通过该模式的具体实施与结构方程模型的分析结果,表明潜变量三维度对学生学习效果具有显著的正向影响,影响效应大小依次为师生互动>知识构建>服务支持;其中三个观测变量——教学策略、主动学习及师生互动是影响学习效果的主要因素。由此可从教师角色定位、结构设计的合理性、师生互动的有效性以及学生学习的主动性等方面获得启示。Under the background of“classroom revolution”in universities,it is urgent to conduct the teaching reform of Secretary Science.Taking Secretarial Practice course as an example,the Bidirectional Five-ring mixed teaching model which is based on the training goals of applied secretarial talents can be constructed.From the implementation of the model and the analysis results of structural equation model,it is shown that the three dimensions of latent variables have prominent positive effects on students’learning effect,and in terms of the extent of influence,teacher-student interaction plays the most important role,knowledge construction comes the second,and service support comes the last.Among them,three observational variables--teaching strategy,active learning and teacher-student interaction are the major factors that influence the learning effect.Therefore,enlightenment can be got from the aspects of role orientation of teachers,rationality of structure design,effectiveness of teacher-student interaction and initiative of students in learning.
