摘　　要：当前,深化产教融合、校企合作是高等职业院校提升人才培养质量的战略性举措。青岛远洋船员职业学院以服务行业企业需求为导向,在专业设置融合、优化人才培养模式、课程建设融合、师资队伍建设融合等方面进行了大胆探索实践,实现了与企业深度融合,优势互补,培养了深受行业、企业认可的高素质职业技能型人才。At present,deepening the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation are strategic measures for higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of talent training.Guided by the needs of enterprises,Qingdao ocean shipping mariners college has carried on the bold exploration practice in professional setting integration,optimize talent training mode,curriculum construction integration,faculty construction integration,realized the depth integration with enterprise,complementary advantages,and trained the high-quality professional skilled talents recognized by enterprise.
