摘　　要：目的探索深圳市宝安区孕产妇死亡控制模式,旨在降低宝安区孕产妇死亡率,保障母婴安康,为孕产妇群体提供连续、主动、共享及协同的全生命周期健康管理服务。方法以1996—2019年深圳市宝安区孕产妇相关数据、政府决策及管理方法为研究对象,对宝安区卫生行政部门为降低孕产妇死亡率所实施的各项管理措施进行回顾性研究。结果1996—2000年宝安区孕产妇死亡率分别为33.03/10万、51.06/10万、96.77/10万、75.67/10万及133.26/10万,1996—2000年深圳市宝安区孕产妇死亡率呈上升趋势。经积极干预后,2000—2019年孕产妇死亡率逐渐下降,2018—2019连续两年实现孕产妇死亡率为0,成功创建宝安区孕产妇死亡控制模式。结论"政府主导、部门联动、舆论覆盖、政策保护、网络健全、督导到位、能力建设、技术练兵"的孕产妇死亡控制模式能有效降低孕产妇死亡率。Objective To explore maternal death control mode in Baoan District of Shenzhen,reduce maternal mortality in Baoan District,ensure maternal and infantile safety,provide continuous,active,shared,and synergetic whole life cycle health management service for pregnant women.Methods The related data,government decision-making,and management methods of pregnant women in Baoan District of Shenzhen from 1996 to 2019 were selected as study object,the various management methods implemented by health administrative department in Baoan District to reduce maternal mortality were analyzed retrospectively.Results From 1996 to 2000,the maternal mortalities in Baoan District were 33.03/100000,51.06/100000,96.77/100000,75.67/100000,and 133.26/100000,respectively.From 1996 to 2000,maternal mortality in Baoan District of Shenzhen showed an increasing trend.After active intervention,maternal mortality decreased gradually from 2000 to 2019,the maternal mortalities in 2018 and 2019 were both 0.Maternal death control mode in Baoan District of Shenzhen was established successfully.Conclusion The maternal death control mode of"guidance of the government,linkage among departments,public opinion coverage,policy protection,network perfection,wantless supervision,ability building,and technical training"can effectively reduce maternal mortality.
