摘  要:分析了磁致伸缩换能器的等效电路,计算得到了换能器工作的谐振频率。对换能器工作电压与电流的相位差进行补偿,并给出了相位补偿后的等效电路。以DSP为控制单元,设计了换能器驱动电路,包括电源电路、功率放大电路、辅助电源电路等。功率放大电路的全桥逆变电路采用自动相位控制方式。对电路的工作原理和工作过程进行了分析,对设计的换能器驱动电路进行实验。试验结果表明,设计的驱动电路频率稳定、工作可靠,能够满足激振时效等场合的应用。In this paper,the equivalent circuit of magnetostrictive transducer is analyzed,and the resonant frequency of the transducer is calculated.The phase difference between the working voltage and current of the converter is compensated,and the equivalent circuit after phase compensation is given.Using DSP as the control unit,the transducer drive circuit is designed,including power supply circuit,power drive circuit,auxiliary power supply circuit,etc.The full-bridge inverter circuit of the power drive circuit adopts a phase shift control method.The working principle and working process of the circuit are analyzed,and the designed transducer driving circuit is tested.The test results show that the driving circuit has stable frequency and reliable operation,which is applicable in vibration and other occasions.
