地奥司明片联合马应龙麝香痔疮栓治疗混合痔术后并发症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨地奥司明片联合马应龙麝香痔疮栓治疗混合痔术后并发症的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年2月沈阳市肛肠医院收治的80例混合痔手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组单纯应用马应龙麝香痔疮栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用地奥司明片治疗,比较两组的治疗结果。结果对照组和观察组并发症发生率分别为17.5%和7.5%,观察组发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后疼痛、出血、水肿评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组治疗有效率分别为82.5%和95.0%,观察组治疗有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组患者体征未发现明显异常,治疗后患者血尿常规、大便常规、肝肾功能检测指标未发生异常。结论在混合痔治疗中,应用地奥司明片与马应龙麝香痔疮栓联合治疗不仅可以降低术后并发症发生率,同时还可有效改善患者术后疼痛、出血、水肿情况。Objective To explore the effect of the combination of Diosmin tablets and Mayinglong hemorrhoid suppository in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoid surgery admitted to Shenyang Anorectal Hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 as examples to conduct the study. A total of 80 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases each group. The simple application of Mayinglong hemorrhoid suppository was used as the control group. The group was treated with diosmin tablets as the control group, and the treatment results were compared. Results Comparing the complications between the groups, the incidence of complications in the control group and the observation group was 17.5% and 7.5%, respectively. Compared with the data results, the incidence of the observation group was lower, with significant difference(P<0.05). The postoperative pain, bleeding, and edema symptom scores between the groups were lower than those in the control group in terms of pain, bleeding, and edema. There is a significant difference in comparison(P<0.05). Comparing the treatment conditions between the groups, the total effective rates of the 2 groups were 82.5% and 95.0%,respectively. The observation group had higher data, and there was a significant difference between the 2 groups(P<0.05). No obvious abnormalities were found in the basic physical signs of the 2 groups of patients before and after treatment. After the treatment, the patients had no abnormalities in the routine hematuria, stool routine, liver and kidney function tests. Conclusion In the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids, the combined treatment of diosmin tablets and Mayinglong musk hemorrhoid suppository can not only reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, but also effectively improve postoperative pain, bleeding, and edema.
