基于数据挖掘的中医药治疗反复胚胎移植失败用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的采用数据挖掘的方法,通过中医辅助传承系统软件,研究中医药治疗反复胚胎移植失败的方药规律。方法检索并筛选中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普、万方数据服务平台、中国生物医学文献、PubMed数据库近20年来有关中医药辨治反复胚胎移植失败的期刊论文,建立处方药数据库,并导入中医传承辅助平台V3.0,用频数分析、聚类分析、关联规则等方法进行数据挖掘,总结常用药物、组合、类方,分析药物及类方特点。结果检索文献数据库之后,共筛选出文献103篇,包含处方112条。使用频次较多的中药依次为:补虚药,活血化瘀药,清热药;112首处方中用药四气以温、平为主,五味以甘味、苦味、辛味为主,归经以肝经、肾经、脾经为主;通过关联规则分析共挖掘出10条常用药物组合;经聚类分析,获得8条核心类方。结论从中医药的观点来看,反复胚胎移植失败病位在肝、肾、脾,病性以虚为主,又见虚中夹实,治疗以补益肝肾、益气健脾、活血祛瘀为主。Objective To analyze the rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in the treatment of recurrent implantation failure by data mining and using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System.Methods Document retrieval and literature screening of recurrent implantation failure treated by TCM during recent 20 years in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,SinoMed and PubMed databases were performed.Data was processed by Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System V3.0 software.Data mining of TCM compounds were analyzed by frequency analysis,cluster analysis and association rule.The rules of TCM in the treatment were summarized.Results A total of 103 papers were determined,including 112 prescriptions.The most frequently herbs were tonifying deficiency herbs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis herbs,and clearing heat herbs.Tonifying deficiency herbs with sweet and warm natures were the commonest.The Chinese herbs distributed in the liver channel was the most among channel tropism drugs.Analysis by association rule,10 combinations of frequently drugs were obtained.Eight core prescriptions were obtained by the cluster analysis.Conclusion From the point of view of TCM,the management of recurrent implantation failure are concentrated at the liver,kidney and spleen.The nature of the disease is mainly deficiency,but also with excess.The major treatment is tonifying liver and kidney,tonifying qi and spleen,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
