摘 要:研究同轴圆筒式介质阻挡放电反应器内添加吸附剂和催化剂对烟气中污染物NO转化的影响,选取硅藻土、膨润土、高岭土以及沸石矿石类作为吸附剂,将四种矿石类吸附剂分别置于介质阻挡放电反应器内,结果表明矿石类吸附剂中对NO转化效率最好的为硅藻土,其最大转化效率可达61.3%;选取MnO_(2)和分子筛作为催化剂,将两种催化剂分别置于介质阻挡放电反应器内,结果表明催化剂中对NO转化效率较好的为MnO_(2),其最高转化效率可达60.0%。选取效果较好的矿石类吸附剂硅藻土和催化剂MnO_(2),当这两种物质在配比1∶1的情况下对NO的转化效率最高可达80.0%,比单独使用硅藻土矿石类吸附剂提高了18.7%,比单独使用MnO_(2)催化剂增加了20.0%。实验结果表明吸附剂和催化剂的结合对NO的转化有更好的促进作用。The effect of adding adsorbent and catalyst in a coaxial cylindrical dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)reactor on pollutant conversion in flue gas was investigated.Diatomite,bentonite,kaolin and zeolite were selected as ore adsorbents,and the four kinds of adsorbents were placed in the dielectric barrier discharge reactor.The results showed that diatomite had the best NO conversion efficiency among the ore adsorbents,and its maximum conversion efficiency could reach 61.3%.MnO_(2) and molecular sieve were selected as catalysts,and the two catalysts were placed in the dielectric barrier discharge reactor,respectively.The results showed that MnO_(2) was the best catalyst,and the highest conversion efficiency could reach 60.0%.Secondly,diatomite and MnO_(2) were selected as the mineral adsorbent and catalyst with good effect.That the NO conversion efficiency of these two substances can reach 80.0% at the ratio of 1∶1,which is 18.7% higher than that of diatomite ore adsorbent alone and 20.0% higher than that of MnO_(2) catalyst alone.The results showed the combination of adsorbent and catalyst can better promote the transformation of NO.
