摘 要:介绍了一种非侵入式电压测量的方法,即通过检测带电导体辐射的电场强度,建立转换带电体电场强度到电势的物理通道,产生非侵入感应电势,然后把感应到的电势转换成可测量的采样电流,采样电流再转换成采样电压,并对采样电压进行数字转换、算法分析,以实现非侵入电压的监测功能。通过对该方法进行研究和分析,推导了非侵入带电体导线的电压测量方法、关键参数感知片面积、充放电电流、感知片到带电导体表面之间的距离和带电导体的电压计算公式,计算了感知片面积的实际值。基于该方法提出并设计了一种应用于低压台区的新型非侵入电压测量传感器,该传感器由非侵入式感知探头、非侵入式感知单元电路两部分组成,且具有测量精度高、体积小、安装简单方便等优点,对用电设备影响非常小。此外,通过对样机进行各种环境参数的测试,包括选取产品与外部导线接触时可能存在的不同边界值,模拟温度变化、湿度变化等不同变量,验证了被测导线在不同参数变量和不同环境变量情况下,样机测量出的电压值的准确性。根据不同被测导线,结合实际安装方式得到不同环境下的可能边界值,并在边界值的范围内对样机做各种环境组合试验,试验结果证明了工程样机的有效性。A non-invasive voltage measurement method was introduced,that was,by detecting the electric field intensity of the charged conductor,a physical channel was established to convert the electric field intensity of the charged body to the electric potential,and the non-invasive induced electric potential was generated,and then the induced electric potential is converted into a measurable sampling current.The measurable sampling current would convert into a sampling voltage,which would used to do the digitally converted and the algorithm analyze,and in order to realize the non-intrusive voltage monitoring function.Through the research and analysis of this method,the voltage measurement method of non-invasive charged conductor,the key parameters of sensing chip area,charge and discharge current,the distance between sensing chip and the surface of the charged conductor,and the calculation formula of the voltage of the charged conductor were derived.The actual value of sensing chip area was calculated.Based on this method,a new type of non-invasive voltage measurement sensor was proposed and designed for low-voltage platform area.The sensor was composed of non-invasive sensor and non-invasive sensor unit circuit.Because of the advantages of high measurement accuracy,small volume,simple installation and so on,it has little influence on electrical equipment.In addition,through to the various environmental parameters of the prototype test,including the selection of products and external wires contact with possible different boundary value,simulated different variables such as temperature,humidity changes,etc.The accuracy of voltage values measured by the prototype,which was verified under different parameter variables and different environmental variables.According to different measured wires,the possible boundary values under different environments were obtained in combination with the actual installation mode,and various environmental combination tests were carried out on the prototype within the range of boundary values.
