摘  要:以掘锚支一体化平台的超前支护为研究对象,运用FLAC^(3D)软件对直墙半圆拱形巷道的垂直应力进行数值分析。将模拟得到的垂直应力作为锚固作业超前支护的外部载荷条件对其结构进行拓扑优化和参数优化,并基于SpaceCliam软件建立不平整巷道顶板的三维模型,对比分析了刚柔复合支护网和刚性支护网的支护效果。结果表明,优化后的复合支护网在支护不平整拱顶时所受应力明显改善。Taking the forepoling of the excavation anchor support integrated platform as the research object, the vertical stress of the straight wall semi-circular arch roadway is numerically analyzed by using FLAC^(3D) software. Taking the simulated vertical stress as the external load condition of forepoling for anchoring operation, the topology and parameters optimization of its structure are carried out, and the three-dimensional model of uneven roadway roof is established based on SpaceCliam software. The support effects of rigid flexible composite support network and rigid support network are compared and analyzed. The results show that the stress of the optimized composite support network is obviously improved when supporting the uneven vault.
