摘  要:以邢东矿深部大采高窄煤柱沿空掘巷为工程背景,采用FLAC^(3D)模拟研究深部大采高窄煤柱沿空掘巷掘进期间和本工作面回采期间的围岩变形破坏特征。结果表明:沿空掘巷的掘进影响范围约为20 m,围岩变形总体上呈先增长而后趋稳的趋势,塑性区扩展以底板右下侧和实体煤帮为主;基于沿空掘巷围岩变形破坏特征提出了强力锚网索支护和双排单体柱加铰接顶梁超前支护,并阐明了其支护机理。现场实践表明,采用强力锚网索和双排单体柱加铰接顶梁超前支护,有效控制了沿空掘巷的围岩变形,保障了其生产服务期间的使用要求。Taking Xingdong mine deep large mining height and gob-side entry driving with narrow pillar as the engineering background, FLAC^(3D) simulation was used to study the deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock for gob-side entry driving with narrow pillar in deep large mining height and the process of driving and mining in this working face. The results show that the influence range of excavation along the empty roadway is about 20 m. The deformation of surrounding rock generally increases first and then stabilizes. The expansion of the plastic zone is mainly based on the lower right side of the floor and the solid coal gang. Based on the deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock along the roadway, strong bolt-mesh cable support and double-row single-column column plus hinged top beam advance support are proposed, and the supporting mechanism is clarified. Field practice shows that the use of strong anchor mesh cable and double-row single column with hinged top beam advance support effectively controls the deformation of surrounding rock along the roadway and guarantees the use requirements during its production service.
