摘 要:为解决综掘面工作区域内煤尘扩散污染,设计并提出了新型旋动雾幕控尘技术,通过相似实验结合数值模拟对旋动雾幕控尘装置的形成机理、可行性能方面进行分析,并采用高清相机对旋动雾幕的形成过程进行记录。研究结果表明:旋动雾幕形成状况分析及该装置多风速条件下可形成有效的隔尘雾幕;从能量分布关系及雾幕装置形成角度出发,可将新型旋动雾幕形成的过程分为涡旋射流堆叠发生段(Ⅰ段)、射流冲击破碎混合段(Ⅱ段)、旋转雾幕扩散输出段(Ⅲ段);随着射流风速由10 m/s上升至35 m/s时,超过20 m/s时可以形成稳定雾幕,超过35 m/s对设备性能要求过高。并通过数值模拟与雾化性能实验获得了旋动雾幕最佳射流风速工作区间20~30 m/s。To solve the problem of coal dust diffusion and pollution in the enclosed fully mechanized excavation face. A new dust control technology based on vortex jet mist curtain is designed and proposed. Through similar experimental system with numerical simulations analysis, the formation mechanism of the vortex mist curtain dust control device. The feasibility is analyzed, and a camera is used to record the formation process of the vortex fog screen. Research indicates: from the perspective of energy distribution and the formation of the fog screen device, the formation process of the new aerodynamic vortex fog screen can be divided into the vortex jet stack generation section(section I),jet impact crushing and mixing section(section II), rotating fog screen diffusion output section(section Ⅲ);after the device is turned on, when the jet wind speed rises from 10 m/s to 35 m/s, a stable mist curtain can be formed when the jet wind speed exceeds 20 m/s, and the performance requirements of the equipment are exceeded when the speed exceeds 35 m/s. And through the atomization performance experiment with numerical simulations analysis, the best jet wind speed working range of the vortex fog screen is 20 m/s to 30 m/s.
