摘 要:采煤机截割部扭矩轴的卸荷槽是其实现过载保护功能的关键,传统的扭断实验设计方法周期长,费用高,因此采用有限元仿真的方法确定卸荷槽的形式。对扭矩轴的工作原理和状态进行分析,建立卸荷槽为U型、V型和I型的3种扭矩轴的三维模型,分别对其进行模态分析和静力学分析。模态分析结果显示,扭矩轴的固有频率都较高,不易与采煤机发生共振,静力学分析结果显示,U型卸荷槽对应的扭矩轴受到的应力最小,应力集中情况最弱,因此选用U型卸荷槽实现对电动机的过载保护。The unloading groove of the torque shaft of the shearer cutting part is the key to its overload protection function. The traditional torsion test design method has a long period and high cost.Therefore, the finite element simulation methodis used to determine the form of the unloading groove.The working principle and state of the torque shaft are analyzed, and three-dimensional models of three torque shafts with U-shaped, V-shaped and I-shaped unloading grooves are established.The modal analysis and statics analysis are carried out respectively. The modal analysis results show that the natural frequency of the torque shaft is high, and it is not easy to resonate with the shearer. The static analysis results show that the torque shaft corresponding to the U-shaped unloading groove receives the least stress and the stress concentration is the weakest, so U-shaped unloading slot is chosen to realize the overload protection of the motor.
