基于嵌入式软PLC的压铸机实时控制系统设计

摘　　要：为了实现压铸机压射过程的实时控制,以AM3358控制器为核心设计了一种支持多任务实时调度管理的嵌入式软PLC控制系统。硬件上移植Linux操作内核,按压铸机程控思路设计软PLC控制程序和液晶屏交互界面,配置压力和冲头速度采样、压铸状态实时监测等硬件模块。通过嵌入式实时内核在线调用压铸机压力和速度等实时控制功能,监控压射工艺曲线,提高压铸机控制系统的响应速度,对确保压铸生产质量有重要的应用价值。To realize the real-time control of the injection process of the die-casting machines, the embedded soft PLC control system that supports multi-task real-time scheduling management is designed with AM3358. The Linux operating kernel is transplanted to the hardware, the software PLC control program and the LCD screen interface are designed according to the control scheme od the diecasting machine. The pressure and punch speed sampling, real-time monitoring of die casting status and other hardware modules are configured. The embedded system calls real-time control functions such as pressure and speed of the die-casting machine online, monitors the injection process curve,and improves the response speed of the system, which has important application value for ensuring the quality of die-casting.
