摘  要:在油气井生产过程中,固体颗粒引起的冲蚀磨损是井下防砂工具失效的主要原因之一。利用自制的喷射式试验装置,以清水为介质,分别研究了石英砂质量分数为0.49%、2.99%、3.21%和5.52%的混合流体对SS304不锈钢材料冲蚀速率的影响。研究结果表明:在冲蚀时间0~50 min,由于石英砂存在尖锐棱角,固体颗粒对SS304不锈钢的冲蚀速率较快,100 min以后冲蚀速率小幅度降低且趋于稳定;石英砂质量分数为0.49%时,冲蚀速率达到最大;继续增加石英砂质量分数,材料失质量先略微减小后快速增加,颗粒之间的碰撞消耗动能使得总冲蚀速率降低;石英砂质量分数增加,材料总失质量增加,但冲蚀速率降低。试样扫描电子显微镜(SEM)结果表明:低石英砂质量分数下,试样表面大而深的冲击坑数量较多,粗糙度提高,冲蚀速率和失质量较高;高石英砂质量分数下,试样表面只有小而浅的冲击坑,塑性变形和薄片脱落频繁交互作用导致材料失质量增加。说明冲蚀过程中颗粒间相互碰撞因素会导致冲蚀速率降低。试验结果为SS304不锈钢管材在油气田的应用提供了一定参考。In the process of oil and gas well production,the erosion caused by sand particles is one of the main reasons for the failure of downhole sand control screen.The effects of sand concentration of 0.49%,2.99%,3.21%and 5.52%on the erosion rate of SS304 were studied by using self-made jet test device with water fluid.The research indicates that when the experiment time is 0~50 min,the erosion rate of SS304 is faster due to the sharp edges and angles of sand particle.After 100 min,the erosion rate tends to be stable and decreases slightly.The erosion rate reaches the maximum in 0.49%.The kinetic energy consumed by collisions between particles reduces the erosion rate with the increase of sand concentration,and the weight loss of metal materials decreases slightly at first and then increases rapidly.The erosion rate decreases and material weight loss increases at high sand concentration.SEM results show that the number of large and deep impact pits increases,roughness increases and erosion rate and weight loss are higher under low sand concentration.There are only small and shallow impact pits on the sample surface,and the frequent interaction between plastic deformation and flake shedding leads to the increase of material weight loss under high sand concentration.Therefore,the results show that the collision between particles will decrease the erosion rate.The experimental results provide a reference for the application of SS304 stainless steel pipe in oil and gas fields.
