摘 要:为了研究旋流油水分离器的影响因素,优化其关键结构尺寸,获得最佳使用工况,开展了旋流分离器的油水分离试验。研究结果表明:随着进液口直径的增大,分离效率先增大后减小,圆锥段角度表现出同样的规律。随着排油口直径的增大,分离效率逐渐减小,圆柱段长度则表现出相反的规律。随着工作压力的增大,分离效率先迅速增大后相对稳定,最后迅速降低。随着排量的增加,分离效率先基本稳定在最优值而后骤降。随着油水比和原油黏度的增大,分离效率呈现出先缓慢下降而后迅速下降的规律。在本试验条件下,旋流油水分离器最优的结构参数组合为进液口直径12 mm,排油口直径3 mm,圆锥段角度11°,圆柱段长度70 mm。优化后的旋流油水分离器的最佳工作压力为1.5~4.0 MPa,日处理量控制在45 m^(3)以内,适用于油水比低于20%、原油黏度低于40 mPa·s的工况。研究结果可指导地面旋流油水分离器的设计及现场应用。In order to study the influence of structural parameters,working parameters,and crude oil properties on the separation efficiency,the key structural dimensions were optimized,the best-operating conditions were obtained,and the oil-water separation test of the cyclone separator was carried out.The results show that the oil-water separation efficiency increases first and then decreases with the increase of the diameter of the inlet port and the angle of the conical section,and gradually decreases with the increase of the diameter of the oil discharge port,and gradually increases as the length of the cylinder segment increases.The oil-water separation efficiency increases rapidly with the increase of the working pressure,then relatively stable,and finally quickly decreases.As the displacement increases,it is stable at the optimal value and then drops suddenly.As the oil-water ratio and the viscosity of the crude oil increase,there is a law of slow decline first and then rapid decline.Under the experimental conditions,the optimal structural parameters of the hydro-cyclone oil-water separator are 12 mm diameter of the inlet port,3 mm diameter of the oil discharge port,11°cone angle and 70 mm cylinder length.The optimum working pressure range is 1.5~4.0 MPa,and the daily processing capacity is controlled within 45 m^(3).It is suitable for working conditions where the oil-water ratio is lower than 20%and the crude oil viscosity is lower than 40 mPa·s.The results of the study can guide the design and application of the separator.
