摘  要:海上超深大位移气井具有深度深、水平位移长、井斜大及温压系数高等特点,完井后气举诱喷难度大。分析了常规气举阀气举存在的问题及超深大位移井环空气举工艺技术难点,阐述了气举阀气举工艺原理,通过对气举阀及工作筒结构、材质的优化与优选,结合强度计算与校核、耐温压及气密性试验,解决了常规气举阀气密等级低、工作筒强度不能满足超深大位移气井完井气举需要的难题。优化后的气举阀在150℃、70 MPa条件下密封性能良好。现场应用表明,其密封、强度等性能安全可靠。Offshore mega-extended-reach gas wells have great depth,long horizontal displacement,large inclination,high temperature,and pressure coefficient,which brings many challenges for gas lift-induced flow after completion.The problems existing in the conventional gas lift valve and the difficulties in the gas lift technology of the offshore mega-extended-reach gas wellswere analyzed,andthe gas lift technology principle of the gas lift valve was introduced.Through the optimization and optimization of the structure and material of the gas lift valve and the working cylinder,combined with the calculation and verification of strength,the temperature and pressure resistance,and the airtightness test,the problem of low airtightness of the conventional gas lift valve and the strength of the working cylinder has been solved.The optimized gas lift valve has good sealing performance under the conditions of 150°C and 70 MPa.Field application shows that its sealing and strength performance is safe and reliable.
