摘  要:针对海洋石油平台修井机未安装井架二层台逃生装置现状,对各类逃生技术及逃生装备进行深入研究及分析。结合海洋石油平台修井机的实际特征及标准要求,设计了海洋石油平台修井机井架二层台逃生系统,包括逃生路线设计、二层台逃生门设计、缓降器固定横梁设计、缓降器设计等。对设计的缓降器固定横梁进行强度校核,按照设计方案加工缓降器工程样品,对缓降器的各项技术指标进行功能测试。对海洋石油平台修井机井架二层台逃生技术及装备进行工程示范应用,安装试验结果证实了设计的逃生系统的适用性和稳定性良好。Aiming at the current status of offshore oil platform workover rigs and no derrick two-story escape device installed,various escape technologies and escape equipment have been researched and analyzed.Combined with the actual characteristics and standard requirements of offshore workover rig,the monkey-board edscape system of offshore workover rig was designed,including escape route design,two-story escape door design,fixed beam design of descending device,design of descending device,etc.The strength of the designed fixed beam of the descender was checked,the engineering samples of the descender were processed according to the design plan,and various technical indicators of the descender were tested for function.The engineering demonstration application of the escape technology and equipment of the derrick two-story platform of the offshore oil platform workover rig was carried out.The installation test results confirmed the applicability and stability of the designed escape system.
