摘  要:MXene是一种新型二维材料,通过剥离层状陶瓷MAX相而制备。Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene是第一种制备的MXene,也是应用最广泛的MXene。Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene具有良好亲水性,可以分散在水中制备成薄膜。同时具有良好导电性,具有叠层结构,电磁波可以在材料内部的界面多次反射。因为独特的性能与结构,MXene可以作为5G射频天线,高效的发射电磁波;也可以作为电磁屏蔽材料,减少电磁波的污染。本文总结了微观结构对Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene导电性能的影响,综述了Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene作为5G射频天线最新研究进展,分析了Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene作为电磁屏蔽材料的性能以及影响因素;展望了Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene这种新型无机纳米材料在电子信息领域的应用前景。MXenes are novel two-dimensional materials,which are prepared by exfoliating MAX phases,a family of layered ceramics.Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene is the first MXene and the most extensively researched MXene.Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene has good hydrophilicity and can be dispersed in water to prepare thin films.Additionally,it has good electrical conductivity and laminated structure.Electromagnetic waves can be reflected multiple times at the interface inside the material.Because of the unique performance and structure,Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene can be applied as antennas for 5G radio frequency to efficientlyemit electromagnetic waves;it can also be used as an electromagnetic shielding material to reduce electromagnetic wave pollution.This article summarizes the influence of microstructure on the electrical conductivity of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene,summarizes the latest research progress of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene as antennas for 5G radio frequency,analyzes the performance and influencing factors of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene as electromagnetic shielding material;outlooks the potential applications of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene in the field of electronic information.
