摘 要:近年来通讯技术所利用的微波频率越来越高,传输信息量也越来越大,要求的传输速度和质量也越来越高,就需要低损耗、高品质因数、谐振频率温度系数近于零的低介电常数微波介质陶瓷来实现。本文根据低介电常数微波介质陶瓷的典型研究体系将其分成不同种类,对其研究现状进行详细介绍,最后总结了各种类低介电常数微波介质陶瓷的研究发展情况。In recent years,the microwave frequency used in communication technology has become higher and higher,the amount of information transmitted is also increasing and the required transmission speed and quality have become higher and higher.So low permittivity microwave dielectric ceramics,with low loss,high quality factor,and temperature coefficient of resonance frequency close to zero,is demanded to realize the advanced microwave communications.In this paper,the typical research system of low permittivity microwave dielectric ceramics are divided into different categories to be introduced.Finally,the research and development of various types of low permittivity microwave dielectric ceramics are summarized.
