摘  要:本文采用固相法制备了Ba_(0.105)Sr_(0.215)Bi_(0.345)Na_(0.325)Sn_(x)Ti_(1-x)O_(3)(简称BSBNSn_(x)Ti_(1-x),其中x=0,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08)陶瓷,研究了SnO_(2)掺杂量对BSBNT陶瓷相结构、显微结构、介电及电储能特性的影响。结果表明:BSBNSn_(x)Ti_(1-x)陶瓷主晶相为赝立方钙钛矿结构,当x≥0.04时出现少量的第二相SnO_(2)。随着x值增加,BSBNSn_(x)Ti_(1-x)陶瓷的介电温度稳定性逐渐增强。x=0.04组成陶瓷在20~300℃的宽温度范围内的容温变化率(TCC)不超过±15%,并具有高的介电常数ε_(r)~3046@1kHz。在较低电场E=115 kV/cm下,BSBNSn_(0.04)Ti_(0.96)陶瓷获得最大有效储能密度W_(rec)=1.86 J/cm^(3),储能效率η=82%,并在30~150℃,1~20 Hz条件下保持良好的温度及频率稳定性,可用于脉冲功率型陶瓷电容器的制作。In this work,Ba_(0.105)Sr_(0.215)Bi_(0.345)Na_(0.325)Sn_(x)Ti_(1-x)O_(3)(abbreviated as BSBNSn_(x)Ti_(1-x),in which x=0,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08)ceramics were prepared by a solid state reaction method.The effect of SnO_(2)doping amount on the phase structure,microstructure,dielectric and energy storage properties of BSBNT ceramics was investigated.The results show that the main crystal of BSBNSnxTi1-xceramics was pseudo-cubic perovskite structure,and small amount of second phase SnO_(2)was detected when x≥0.04.The dielectric temperature stability of BSBNSn_(x)Ti_(1-x)ceramics was gradually enhanced with increasing x value.When x=0.04,the temperature coefficient of capacitance(TCC)in a wide temperature range of 20~300℃does not exceed±15%,accompanied by a high dielectric constantε_(r)~3046@1 kHz.Under a relatively low electric field of E=115 kV/cm,the maximum recovery energy storage density W_(rec)=1.86 J/cm^(3)and efficiencyη=82%were obtained in BSBNSn_(0.04)Ti_(0.96) ceramics.Meanwhile,it can maintain good temperature and frequency stability at 30~150℃and 1~20 Hz,which can be used for the manufacture of pulse power ceramic capacitors.
