摘 要:针对传统陶瓷工艺难以直接用于制备玻璃陶瓷/SiC晶须复合材料问题,本文以白云鄂博尾矿基透辉石系玻璃粉和商用SiC晶须为主要原料,在石墨粉包埋条件下,采用传统陶瓷工艺成功制备出透辉石玻璃陶瓷/SiC晶须复合材料。在此基础上,研究了填加0~40wt%SiC晶须对所制备复合样品显微结构及性能的影响。结果证明了所制备复合材料样品确实含有晶态透辉石及SiC。SiC晶须含量在0~30wt%范围内升高可有效提高所制备复合样品的维氏硬度与断裂韧性,但会降低密度并阻碍烧结。含30wt%SiC晶须样品综合性能最佳,非常有望应用于高性能结构材料领域。Currently,the conventional ceramic procedure is difficult to be directly applied in preparing glass-ceramic/SiC fiber or whisker composites.To provide a possible solution to this problem,the traditional ceramic procedure was adapted to prepare diopside glass-ceramic/SiC whisker composite from the glass powders prepared mainly from Bayan Obo tailing and the commercially acquired SiC whisker while using graphite powder as reduction agent.On the base of the as fabricated composite,the influence of varying SiC whisker concentration within the 0~40 wt%range on the density,Vickers hardness,microstructure,and fracture toughness were studied.The results show SiC whisker can effectively improve the Vickers hardness and fracture hardness at the expense of progressively weakened densifying and sintering of the composite within the 0~30 wt%range.The composite with 30 wt%SiC fiber has the general optimum property,and the material is a feasible candidate for structural material.
