摘　　要：目的分析我国医院不同岗位工作人员心理健康研究现状,为今后有效改善医务人员(医护人员和行政管理人员)心理健康问题的研究提供参考。方法基于CiteSpace软件,以中国知网数据库收录的学术期刊为数据来源,对2009—2019年我国医务人员心理健康领域发表的文献进行可视化分析,了解该领域研究热点及前沿趋势。结果从整体来看,相关研究的发文量随时间呈现一个波动趋势,但整体发文量较为稳定,平均为(48.00±6.86)篇。在2009―2019年研究医护人员心理健康的研究机构数量较多,但研究机构间的交流合作较弱,并未形成广泛的合作关系,机构比较分散。“医护人员”“心理健康”和“心理护理”与其他热点关键词之间的强度很大,说明是此时间段内相关研究的热点。结论医护人员由于长期处于紧张的状态,容易出现焦虑、厌烦、紧张和敌对等负面情绪,影响心理健康。医院行政岗位的工作人员同样会产生心理健康问题,而研究者对其关注较少,在后续的研究中可以重点进行研究。Objective To analyze the mental health status of employees in different posts in hospitals of China,provide a reference for the research on how to effectively improve the mental health of medical staff(medical workers and administrative workers) in the future. Methods Based on CiteSpace software,taking the academic journals included in CNKI database as the data source,the literature published in the field of mental health of medical staff in China from 2009 to 2019 was visually analyzed,as so to understand the research hotspots and cutting-edge trends in this field. Results On the whole,the number of relevant research papers fluctuated with time,but the overall number of papers was relatively stable,with an average of(48.00±6.86) papers. There are many research institutions studying the mental health of medical staff from 2009 to 2019,but exchange and cooperation between research institutions are weak and have not formed extensive cooperative relations,and the institutions are scattered.There is a great intensity between "medical staff", "mental health", "psychological nursing" and other hot keywords,indicating hot spots of relevant research in this period. Conclusions Due to the long-term tension,medical staff is prone to negative emotions such as anxiety,boredom,tension and hostility,which affect their mental health. Hospital administrative staff also has mental health problems,but researchers pay less attention to them,which can be focused on in the follow-up research.
