摘 要:通过原位整合法制备了粒径约为136 nm,形态均一的方块状IrO_(2)@MnO_(2)纳米复合物。经实验证明该复合物具有协同提高的氧化酶模拟活性,其K_(m)值为6.50×10−3 mmol/L,远优于IrO_(2)纳米颗粒(IrO_(2) Nanoparticles,IrO_(2) NPs)(K_(m)=9.73×10^(−2) mmol/L)和MnO_(2)纳米颗粒(MnO_(2) Nano-particles,MnO_(2) NPs)(K_(m)=2.41×10^(−1) mmol/L)。此外,通过实验获得了用于抗坏血酸(AscorbicAcids,AA)检测的IrO_(2)@MnO_(2)纳米复合物的最佳传感条件,包括反应体系为pH为4、反应温度为37℃、反应时间为5 min、IrO_(2)@MnO_(2)复合纳米酶质量浓度为71.43μg/mL。最后,IrO_(2)@MnO_(2)纳米复合物被用于检测AA,检测范围为0~312.5μmol/L,定量限为14.2μmol/L,检测限为1.42μmol/L。本文所制备IrO_(2)@MnO_(2)纳米酶在食品监制、生物医药、临床诊断等领域具有较高的潜在应用价值。A uniform square shaped IrO_(2)@MnO_(2) nanocomposite with a particle size of about 136 nm was prepared by the in-situ integration method.Results show that the nanocomposite has synergistically improved oxidase mimic activity,and its K_(m)value is 6.50×10^(−3) mmol/L which is better than that of IrO_(2) NPs(K_(m)=9.73×10^(−2) mmol/L)and MnO_(2) NPs(Km=2.41×10−1 mmol/L),respectively.In addition,the optimal sensing conditions of IrO_(2)@MnO_(2) nanocomposite for AA detection are obtained through experiments,which include the reaction system at pH 4,the reaction temperature at 37℃,the reaction time at 5 min,and the concentration of IrO_(2)@MnO_(2) nanocomposite at 71.43μg/mL.Finally,the IrO_(2)@MnO_(2) nanocomposite is used for sensitive detection of AA,the detection range is 0~312.5μmol/L,thequantification limit is 14.2μmol/L and the detection limit is 1.42μmol/L.
