摘 要:利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜及硬度计,探究了液氮温度(-196℃)下不同深冷保温时间对W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢显微组织及硬度的影响。对深冷处理2 h后的试样进行不同温度的回火处理,并与传统工艺处理试样相比较,探究了回火温度对W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢显微组织、硬度及红硬性的影响。结果表明,延长深冷保温时间有利于改善高速钢的显微组织,提高硬度。深冷处理20h的试样中二次碳化物的析出量最多且分布均匀,硬度值提高明显。经深冷处理试样的硬度在一定程度上随回火温度的升高而提高,且碳化物弥散分布,组织细化。深冷处理2h后在100℃回火处理1 h的试样,经600和625℃保温处理后的红硬性优于传统工艺处理试样。The effects of different deep cryogenic holding time under liquid nitrogen temperature(-196℃)on the microstructure and hardness of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel were investigated with metallurgical microscope,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and hardness tester.The tempering treatment at different temperatures on the samples after 2 h deep cryogenic treatment was conducted.To compare with the traditional treatment sample,the effects of different tempering temperatures on the microstructure,hardness and red hardness were investigated.The results show that,extending the deep cryogenic treatment time is conducive to improve the microstructure of high speed steel and the hardness increases.The amount of secondary carbides precipitation is the most and uniform distribution in the sample after 20 h deep cryogenic treatment,and the hardness increases significantly.To a certain extent,the hardness of deep cryogenic treatment samples increase with the increase of tempering temperature,and the carbides distribute uniformly and microstructure refine.After the holding treatment at 600℃ and 625℃,the red hardness of the samples after 2 h deep cryogenic treatment with 100℃ tempering treatment for 1 h are better than that of traditional process treatment sample.
