摘 要:对42CrMo钢下拉杆末端零件的淬火裂纹形态、材料化学成分、微观组织、断口形貌等进行了分析,探讨了下拉杆在实际热处理工艺中淬火开裂的主要原因。结果表明:淬火时冷却速度过快、应力过大是造成开裂的主要原因。淬火时的冷速过快则是由淬火介质浓度过低或淬火介质温度过低所引起。因此,控制淬火介质的浓度、检查淬火介质的冷却能力曲线和调节淬火时的温度能有效减少42CrMo钢下拉杆末端零件的淬火开裂现象,提高产品合格率,保障下拉杆的安全,提高使用寿命。42CrMo steel quenching crack morphology,material chemical composition,microstructure and fracture morphology of the end parts of the lower tie rod were analyzed,and the main causes of quenching cracks in the actual heat treatment process were discussed.The results show that the main reason of cracking is that the cooling rate is too fast and the stress is too large.The rapid cooling rate during quenching is caused by the low concentration of quenching medium or the low temperature of quenching medium.Therefore,controlling the concentration of quenching medium,checking the cooling capacity curve of quenching medium and adjusting the the temperature during quenching can effectively reduce the quenching cracking phenomenon of the end parts of 42CrMo steel lower tie rod,improve the qualified rate of products and ensure the safety and service life of the lower tie rod.
