基于PDA移动信息技术的优化护理流程应用于小儿急诊静脉输液中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究基于PDA移动信息技术的优化护理流程应用于小儿急诊静脉输液中的效果。方法选取2020年10月至2021年3月江南大学附属医院儿科收治的急诊静脉输液患儿160例,随机分为两组,各80例。对照组开展常规急诊静脉输液护理干预,观察组开展基于PDA移动信息技术的优化护理流程,比较两组静脉输液流程各个环节用时、护理纠纷发生率、静脉导管相关并发症发生率以及家属满意度。结果观察组静脉输液流程各个环节用时均短于对照组,护理纠纷发生率、静脉导管相关并发症发生率均低于对照组,家属满意度高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论基于PDA移动信息技术的优化护理流程应用于小儿急诊静脉输液中,可有效缩短输液物品准备、患儿信息核对、输液单核对等输液流程耗时,降低护理纠纷发生率与静脉导管相关并发症发生率,显著提高家属的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of optimized nursing process based on PDA mobile information technology in pediatric emergency intravenous infusion.Methods A total of 160 children who receiving emergency intravenous infusion in department of pediatrics,Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from October 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,80 cases in each group.The control group carried out the routine emergency intravenous infusion nursing intervention,and the observation group carried out the optimized nursing process based on PDA mobile information technology.Time spent in intravenous infusion process,nursing disputes,intravenous catheter-related complications,and family satisfaction were analyzed.Results The time of each link of intravenous infusion process was shorter in the observation group than the control group,the incidence of nursing disputes and venous catheter related complications were lower in the observation group than the control group,and the satisfaction of family members was higher in the observation group than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The optimized nursing process based on PDA mobile information technology applied in the pediatric emergency intravenous infusion can effectively shorten the time spent in prepare the infusion items,check the patient information,check the infusion card and other infusion process time-consuming,reduce the incidence of nursing disputes and intravenous catheter-related complications,improve the satisfaction of patients'families significantly.
