摘　　要：液压支架在装备机械化采煤作业过程中起着重要的作用。随着我国煤矿扩大产能及快速发展,液压支架用的保有量越来越大,随之支架检修是不可避免的,在液压支架的检修过程中,由于井下恶劣条件,导致支架锈蚀严重,顶梁和掩护梁组件上的侧护板很难拆除与组装。本文介绍了一种实用性很强的侧护板拆装专用旋转夹抱机械手,该设备的使用大大减少了侧护板拆装工时,最大限度地保证了工人在作业时的安全。Hydraulic supports play an important role in the process of equipment mechanized coal mining operations.With the expansion and rapid development of coal mines in my country,the reserves of hydraulic supports are increasing,and support maintenance is inevitable.During the maintenance of the hydraulic support,due to poor underground conditions,the support was severely rusted,and the side shields on the top beam and shield beam components were difficult to dismantle and assemble.This article introduces a very practical side shield disassembly and assembly the special rotating gripping manipulator,the use of this equipment,greatly reduces the time for disassembly and assembly of the side guards,and at the same time,maximizes the safety of the workers during work.
