摘　　要：随着化工行业的发展,化工产品的生产流程也趋向高标准、严要求,伴随而来的是加工设备与加工工艺的优化升级,这使得传统接触式湿式密封很难保证精品化工产品的生产需求,相对于接触式湿式密封,气体润滑的干气密封具有对工艺介质零污染,工艺介质对大气零泄漏的特点,运转周期长、操作简便,同时也符合目前行业内的绿色化工的发展理念。With the optimization and upgrading of processing equipment and processing technology in the chemical industry,the production process of chemical products also tends to have high standards and strict requirements,which makes it difficult for the traditional contact wet seal to ensure the production demand of high-quality chemical industry.The dry gas seal of gas lubrication has the characteristics of zero pollution to process medium,process medium to air;characteristics of safety and stability reliable performance and long operation cycle,but also in line with the development concept of green chemical industry in the industry.Using the most advanced finite element analysis software in the sealing industry,flow,solid and heat coupling iteration,and combined with a lot of practical experience^more accurate theoretical results can be calculated.In the past,in the small cases,the reasons were summarized,and after the test verification,the theoretical results were verified,so that the use performance of dry gas sealing products was further verified.
