摘　　要：本文系统审视了我国现行统计研究体制和方法的相关问题,建立符合新时代社会主义和中国新特点的现代统计研究体系。该系统有效地将传统的统计研究方法与新的、电子存储的大数据相结合,强调大数据与样本研究的结合,以及其推理和评估方法。及时、全面、持续地生产各类宏观经济研究数据和长期调查数据,推动政府统计体制改革和发展。This article systematically reviewed the relevant issues of my country's current statistical research system and methods;and established a modern statistical research system that conforms to the new era of socialism and China's new characteristics.The system effectively combines traditional statistical research methods with new,electronically stored big data,and emphasizes the com bin ation of big data and sample researches well as its reasoning and evaluation methods.lt can be more accurate without significantly increasing the total research funding.Timely,comprehensively and continuously produce various types of macroeconomic research data and long-term survey data to promote the reform and development of the government statistics system.
