高校科研绩效静态评价及动态演进研究——以江西省高校为例

摘　　要：科学评价高校科研绩效有利于优化配置科研资源,提升高校科研能力。从静态和动态两个角度,采用DEA有效性分析和Malmquist全要素生产率指数对江西省高校的科研效率进行评价,分析江西省高校科研活动成效和存在的问题,为提升江西省高校科研实力和水平提供参考。Through the scientific evaluation of the scientific research performance of universities,we can optimize the allocation of scientific research resources and continuously improve the scientific research ability of universities.This paper intends to evaluate the scientific research efficiency of universities in Jiangxi Province by using DEA effectiveness analysis and Malmquist total factor productivity index from static and dynamic perspectives,which is conducive to summarizing and analyzing the achievements and existing problems of their scientific research activities,so as to improve the scientific research strength and level of universities in Jiangxi Province to the greatest extent.The research ideas and methods have certain reference and reference significance for scientific research performance management in universities.
