摘　　要：随着“大众创新、万众创业”深入实施和高校创新创业教育的发展,高校研究生创新能力培养的要求也越来越高。科技创新活动作为深化高校创新创业教育改革的重要载体、创新型人才培养的有效途径,对培养研究生创新能力具有不可替代的作用。构建科创驱动的“三位一体”研究生创新能力培养模式,为研究生综合素质和创新实能力提升探索路径,为研究生创新实践能力培养提供参考。With the implementation of the"mass innovation and entrepreneurship"policy and the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,the state has paid more attention to the cultivation of graduate students'innovative practical ability.Meanwhile,the requirement of the cultivation for college graduate students'innovative ability has been received more seriously.As an effective way in the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education,technological innovation activity plays an important role in cultivating the innovation ability of graduate students.Through long-term exploration and practice,a"three-in-one"postgraduate innovation ability training model is proposed to explore effective paths and methods for the improvement of postgraduates'comprehensive quality and innovative practical ability.It is designed based on based on the cultivation rules of graduate students and driven by technological innovation activity.The proposed model could provide a reference method for the cultivation of innovative and practical ability of graduate students in colleges and universities.
