新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下居家隔离人员心理行为现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:调查新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情下居家隔离人员心理行为现状及影响因素,为改善其心理行为提供参考依据。方法:2020年2月采取便利抽样的方法,运用自行设计的一般资料问卷、突发性公共卫生事件心理行为量表、简易应对方式量表对1009名居家隔离人员进行调查分析。结果:居家隔离人员心理行为总得分为(1.14±0.37)分,各维度条目均分从高到低依次是强迫-焦虑(1.27±0.59)分、恐惧(1.23±0.58)分、抑郁(1.20±0.54)分、疑病(1.04±0.56)分、神经衰弱(0.91±0.53)分。单因素分析显示,性别、文化程度、职业、居住地、家庭年收入以及居家隔离天数对居家隔离人员心理行为有影响(P<0.05)。分层回归分析显示,文化程度、职业、居住地、家庭年收入以及居家隔离天数是居家隔离人员心理行为的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:居家隔离人员心理行为属于轻度水平,文化程度越低、居住在城镇、无业、家庭年收入越低、居家隔离时间越长的人员其心理行为越明显,有关部门应该采取积极措施降低居家隔离人员不良情绪的发生,促进其良好心理健康的建立。Objective:To provide the reference for the improvement of home quarantine personnel’s psychological behavior by surveying the status of psychologcal behavior of home quarantine personnel and the influencing factors under COVID-19.Methods:On February 2020,using the method of convenient sampling,1009 home quarantine personnel were investigated and analyzed by using self-made general information questionnaire,psychological behavior scale for public health emergencies and simplified coping style questionnaire.Results:Total scores of home quarantine personnel’s psychological behavior were(1.14±0.37)points,average score of each dimension item from high to low is:compulsion-anxiety(1.27±0.59)points,fear(1.23±0.58)points,depression(1.20±0.54)points,hypochondria(1.04±0.56)points and neurasthenia(0.91±0.53)points.Univariate analysis showed that the gender,educational degrees,occupation,place of residence,annual household income and home isolation days had the impacts on psychologcal behavior of home quarantine personnel(P<0.05).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that educational degrees,occupation,place of residence,annual household income and home isolation days were the main influencing factors of home quarantine personnel’s psychological behavior(P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological behavior of home isolation personnel belongs to the mild level,the psychological behavior of people with lower education level,living in cities and towns,unemployed,lower annual family income and longer isolation time at home is more obvious,the relevant departments should take positive measures to reduce the incidence of bad emotions of home quarantine personnel and promote the establishment of their good mental health.
