郭绍举主任运用水湿内停方治疗肠易激综合征的经验

摘　　要：郭绍举主任认为肠易激综合征患者总以脾肾阳虚为本,水湿内停为标,或兼夹郁及生风、化瘀,治疗当以健脾温肾、分利水湿、涩肠止泻为法,同时其基于“火生土、土伏火、土治水”理论自拟水湿内停方加减治疗肠易激综合征方证相印,切中病机。Director Guo Shaoju thinks that the patients suffering irritable bowel disease(IBD)are based on spleen-kidney Yang deficiency and marked by water-damp internal retention,or complicated by mixed stagnation,generated wind and transformed stagnation,he adopts invigorating spleen and warming kidney,removing water damp,relieving diarrhea with astringents as therapeutic methods.Director Guo Shaoju made water-damp internal retention prescription based on the theory of“fire generating earth,earth subduing fire and earth governing water”for IBS,the prescription matches the pattern and strikes the pathogenesis.
