摘 要:目的:通过文献计量学方法了解白藜芦醇领域相关研究的发展态势。方法:检索2000年以来发表的有关白藜芦醇的SCI论文,对文献发表年份、国家、期刊、核心作者、学科领域、关键词等进行文献计量学统计分析,并通过文献关键词频率统计聚焦研究热点。结果:近20年来,白藜芦醇文献数量逐年增加,核心作者主要来自日本、法国、美国、西班牙4个国家,全球在药学、生物化学与分子生物学、化学、食品科学技术、肿瘤学、细胞生物学等领域对白藜芦醇的研究较为活跃,主要研究热点在于细胞凋亡、氧化应激、反式白藜芦醇、基因表达等方面。结论:中国研究人员在白藜芦醇研究领域需加强国内、国际间的合作,形成研究集群。Objective:To survey the development trend of resveratrol via bibliometric method.Methods:By searching SCI papers on resveratrol published since the year of 2000,the bibliometric statistical analysis on the year of publication,country,journal,core author,discipline field and keywords was carried out,and research hotspots were concentrated through keywords frequency statistics in the literature.Results:The number of resveratrol literatures has increased year by year in the recent 20 years,the core authors were mainly from Japan,France,USA and Spain,the research on resveratrol is active in the fields of pharmacy,biochemistry and molecular biology,chemistry,food science and technology,oncology,cell biology and so on,the main research hotspots were cellular apoptosis,oxidative stress,trans-resveratrol,genetic expressions and other aspects.Conclusion:Chinese researchers should enhance the cooperation within the country and between countries in the research field of resveratrol,to form research cluster.
