摘　　要：目的:探讨耳穴埋豆联合五羟色胺受体拮抗剂盐酸昂丹司琼注射液在肿瘤化疗中的应用价值。方法:将80例肿瘤患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组各40例。对照组予盐酸昂丹司琼注射液止吐治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上联合耳穴埋豆治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:实验组不良反应防治效果、生活质量及临床疗效均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴埋豆联合五羟色胺受体拮抗剂盐酸昂丹司琼注射液可以起到减毒增效作用,是一种可减缓化疗不良反应,提高患者生活质量及增加疗效的辅助治疗手段。Objective:To discuss application values of seed-embedding at otopoints and serotonin receptor antagonist(5-HT)in tumor chemotherapy.Methods:Eighty tumor patients were separated to the control group and the experiment group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated by ondansetron injection to relieve vomiting,and the experiment group by the therapy the control group accepted,and seed-embedding at otopoints,to observe therapeutic effects in both groups.Results:The experiment group was better than the control group in the preventive and therapeutic effects of adverse reaction,quality of life and clinical effects,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:Seed embedding at otopoints combined with 5-HT could develop the effects of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency,and it’s an adjuvant therapy which could slow down the adverse reaction of chemotherapy,lift quality of life and enhance clinical effects.
