摘　　要：通过验案探讨崔晓萍教授循期阴阳序贯疗法治疗多囊卵巢综合征经验,崔晓萍教授认为多囊卵巢综合征的发病机制常以肾虚为本,痰湿为标,临床可根据患者月经周期演变规律,并自拟“补肾化痰方”,同时结合循期阴阳序贯疗法对该病进行治疗,最终达到平衡肾之阴阳、调整月经周期、经水复来的目的。Professor Cui Xiaoping’s experience in treating PCOS by periodic Yin-Yang sequential therapy was discussed via the proven cases,she believes that the pathogenesis is based on kidney deficiency and marked by phlegm dampness,she designs“kidney-invigorating phlegm-resolving prescription”according to the patients’evolution laws of menstrual cycles,and treats the disease by combining with periodic Yin-Yang sequential therapy,consequently to reach the goals of balancing renal Yin and Yang,regulating menstrual cycle and the return of the menstruation.
