摘　　要：就慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)气道重塑相关机制及中医药干预的研究进展进行综述,指出气道重塑是慢性炎症刺激引起气道反复损伤和修复,导致气道壁结构改变,是COPD病理的关键,是导致气流受限、肺功能下降、诱导急性发作频数的重要因素;COPD属中医“本虚标实”之证,气虚为“本”,痰饮、瘀血为“标”,采用益气活血化痰法治疗对COPD气道重塑具有多靶点,多通路的作用,具有较高的研究价值。By reviewing the research progress of the related mechanism of airway remodeling and TCM intervention for COPD,it is pointed out that airway remodeling is the repeated airway injury and repair caused by chronic inflammatory stimulation,resulting in the structural changes of airway walls,it is the key to the pathology of COPD,an important factor leading to airflow restriction,decline of pulmonary function and frequent acute attack;COPD belongs to the syndrome of“deficiency of origin and excess of the symptoms”in TCM,Qi deficiency is the root cause,phlegm,retained fluid and blood stasis are the symptoms,the method of benefiting Qi,activating blood and resolving phlegm has a multi-target and multi-channel effect on COPD airway remodeling,which has high research value.
