章水大余县骨干水库防洪调度分析及思考

摘　　要：本文通过分析大余县2009年“7.3”特大洪灾水库调度案例,总结调度经验,提出“联合调度、蓄泄兼顾、科学预泄、错峰减峰”防洪调度的总体思路,调度思路不仅结合了当地的自然地理及经济发展特点,而且还兼顾了河流现状和洪水特性,在实践工作中取得了良好效果,也为山区县水库洪水调度提供了借鉴参考。Through analyzing the flood control operation of the great flood disaster in Dayu county on the July 3th in 2009,the article concludes by suggesting general idea of flood control operation of“joint dispatch,storage and discharge,scientific pre-discharge,peak load reduction”,which not only combines the characteristics of the local physical geography and economic development,but also takes into account the current situation of the river and the characteristics of floods,It provides a reference for the reservoir flood operation in mountainous counties and good results have been achieved in practice.
