亚高原地区开展高原官兵专项疗养的实践与思考

摘　　要：目的探讨在亚高原地区开展针对高原官兵阶梯式下行时的专项康复疗养措施。方法通过对高原病及高原相关疾病的筛查,把不同健康状况的高原官兵区分开来,实施科学的分级分组,采取不同的康复疗养方案,进行分级疗养。结果分级疗养降低了高原官兵疗养期间的风险隐患,根据个体情况制定康复计划,有利于维护官兵身心健康与作业能力。经1个月康复疗养,官兵睡眠质量改善,血红蛋白及尿酸值显著降低,疗养满意度评分达(99.45±0.59)分。结论在亚高原地区开展高原官兵专项疗养,分级实施有效康复措施,可消除或减少高原环境导致的机体及心理损伤,提高高原部队战斗力。Objective To explore the special rehabilitation measures for plateau officers and soldiers in the sub-plateau region during their stepwise descending.Methods Through the screening of plateau sickness and plateau related diseases,the plateau officers and soldiers with different health status were distinguished,classified and grouped scientifically,and different rehabilitation programs were adopted to carry out graded convalescence.Results Graded convalescence reduced the risks and hidden dangers of plateau soldiers during convalescence,and rehabilitation plans made according to individual conditions were beneficial to maintain their physical and mental health and working ability.After one month of convalescence,the sleep quality of officers and soldiers was improved,the hemoglobin and uric acid values were significantly reduced,and the convalescence satisfaction score was(99.45±0.59).Conclusion To carry out special convalescence and implement effective rehabilitation measures at different levels in the sub-plateau area can eliminate or reduce the physical and psychological damage caused by the plateau environment and improve the combat effectiveness of the plateau troops.
