企业技术需求挖掘和提炼的经验研究——以江苏省产业技术研究院为例

摘　　要：当前中国经济的发展模式从“效率驱动”转入“创新驱动”,但是科技创新的“孤岛现象”造成产学研结合不够紧密、科技服务体系不够健全,突出表现为企业的真实技术需求挖掘比较困难。依托新型研发机构,建立企业联合创新中心,是加强各创新主体之间合作研发、生产扩散以及开展技术转移的各环节联系,提高创新密度(包括知识的传播能力与速度),形成能够有效运行的系统的重要举措,是科技服务机构在与企业对接时挖掘真实需求的关键。文章阐述了江苏省产业技术研究院在这方面进行的大胆探索与实践,为破解挖掘企业真实技术需求的难题提供了经验和借鉴。China’ s current economic development mode is changing from “efficiency driven” to “innovation driven”, but the “ isolated island phenomenon” of scientific and technological innovation, resulting in the combination of industry, university and research is not close enough, the scientific and technological service system is not perfect, outstanding performance is the real technology demand of enterprises is difficult to explore. Based on new research and development institutions, the establishment of joint innovation center, is to strengthen cooperation between the innovation main body research and development, production spread and contact of each link of technology transfer, improve the density of innovation( including the spread of knowledge ability and speed), the important measures to form the effective system to run, is the science and technology service in the dock with the enterprise when mining the key to the real demand. Thia paper expounds that Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute has made bold exploration and practice in this aspect, which provides experience and reference for solving the difficult problem of mining the real technology demand of enterprises.
