摘 要:目的研究高频rTMS刺激Broca区结合康复训练对孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)患儿心理发育及行为评分的影响。方法选取2019年12月—2020年12月新乡医学院第三附属医院收治的94例ASD患儿,将单独给予康复训练治疗的47例作为对照组,将康复训练基础上再给予rTMS刺激Broca区治疗的47例作为观察组,总结分析组间治疗结果。结果治疗前,组间ABC各项指标评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组感觉、社会交往、躯体运动、语言以及生活自理评分与对照组相比明显降低,P<0.05;治疗前,组间心理发育评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但治疗后,观察组的心理发育评分与对照组对比明显增高,P<0.05;治疗前,组间各项性激素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但治疗后,观察组的黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)以及孕酮(P)指标水平相较于对照组均明显降低,P<0.05。结论 ASD儿童在康复训练的基础上给予高频rTAM刺激Broca区治疗可有效改善患儿的异常行为,调节其性激素指标水平,促进患儿的心理发育,建议临床积极推广。Objective To study the effects of high-frequency rTMS stimulation of Broca region combined with rehabilitation training on psychological development and behavioral score of children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods A total of 94 children with ASD admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected. 47 children receiving rehabilitation training alone were selected as the control group, and 47 children receiving rTMS stimulation in Broca area on the basis of rehabilitation training were selected as the observation group, and the intergroup treatment results were summarized and analyzed.Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in ABC index scores between groups(P>0.05). After treatment, scores of sensation, social interaction, body movement, language and self-care in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, P<0.05;Before treatment, there was no significant difference in psychological development score between groups(P>0.05). But after treatment, the psychological development score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P<0.05;Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of sex hormones between the two groups(P>0.05). However, after treatment, LH, E2 and P index levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of rehabilitation training, high-frequency rTAM stimulation of Broca area in children with ASD can effectively improve the abnormal behavior of children, regulate the level of sex hormone indicators, and promote the psychological development of children, which is suggested to be actively promoted in clinical practice.
