妇科手术中医护人员对于手术烟雾暴露相关问题的认知分析

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科手术相关医护人员对手术烟雾暴露相关问题的认知。方法2021年3月至5月通过线上线下两种方式对2377名医护人员进行手术烟雾暴露相关问卷调查。结果共回收2304份有效问卷。34.9%的医护人员表示总是担心手术烟雾的危害,80%以上的医护人员在手术过程中感到不适。在三级医院工作的高年资妇科医生对于手术烟雾危害意识更强(P<0.05)。91.4%的医护人员认为防护措施不够。约1/3的医护人员在手术过程中未采取任何防护措施,其中妇科医生及三级医院的医生采取防护的频率更高(P<0.05)。结论目前医护人员对于手术烟雾暴露的危害认识不足,防护措施欠缺,以低年资医生为主,需提高防范意识。Objective To investigate the cognition status of medical staff on surgical smoke in gynecological operations.Methods Questionnaires about the issues related to surgical smoke were given to 2377 medical staff to do a survey.Results A total of 2304 valid questionnaires were collected.About 34.9%of medical staff were always worried about the hazards of surgical smoke and more than 80%of the medical staff felt uncomfortable during the operation.Senior gynecologists in tertrary hospitals had more awareness of the harm of surgical smoke(P<0.05).About 91.4%of medical staff thought the protective measures were not enough.About one-third of the medical staff did not take any protective measures during the operation.Gynecologists and the doctors in tertrary hospitals took protective measures more frequently(P<0.05).Conclusion At present,the awareness of the hazards of surgical smoke among medical staff is insufficient and there is a lack of protective measures,especially in the junior gynecologists,and awareness of protections needs to be raised.
