摘  要:紧急卫星无线电示位标(EPIRB)是一种紧急遇险求救设备,在船只遭遇事故下沉后,EPIRB自动弹出浮到水面,发出求救信号,信号通过国际搜救卫星系统(COSPAS-SARSAT)系统转发到地面站,报告当前位置等信息,使救援组织能够在第一时间抵达遇险海域开展救援工作。在示位标生产研制过程中,及时准确地对其产品指标进行验证测试是必不可少的环节。本文设计了一种基于FPGA的相位解调电路,对示位标发出的无线电信号进行解调处理,解调结果可通过串口进行输出,该电路可针对不同标准的示位标产品进行测试评估,在船级产品检验机构和示位标生产厂家中均得到广泛应用。The Emergency Satellite Radio-position Indicator(EPIRB)is an emergency distress device.After a ship is sunk in an accident,the EPIRB automatically pops up to the surface and sends out a distress signal.The signal is forwarded to a ground station through the COSPAS-SARSAT system to report the information such as the current location.The rescue organizations could reach the sea area in distress at the first time to carry out rescue work.In the process of the production and development of EPIRB,it is necessary to verify and test its product index timely and accurately.In this paper,a phase demodulation circuit based on FPGA is designed to demodulate the radio signal sent out by EPIRB,and the demodulation result can be output through the serial port,and this circuit can be used to test and evaluate the EPIRB of different standards.It has been widely used in classification society and EPIRB manufacturers.
