摘  要:当前在新能源汽车电磁兼容领域,低压零部件的产品测试已经非常成熟。随着自动驾驶以及新能源汽车的自动化的提高,高压零部件不断增加,针对高压零部件的电磁兼容测试也不断增加。最新的国际标准ISO DTS 7637-4:2020技术草案中,已将低频传导抗扰度测试列入其中,因此,针对这种线缆耦合方式的新能源汽车高压部件低频传导抗扰度测试也就成了当今车厂以及供应商迫切关注的焦点。本文将搭建一套新能源汽车高压部件低频传导抗扰度自动测试系统。At present,in the field of electromagnetic compatibility of new energy vehicles,the product testing of low-voltage components has been very mature.With the improvement of automatic driving and the automation of new energy vehicles,the number of high-voltage parts is increasing,and the EMC test for high-voltage parts is also increasing.The latest international standard ISO DTS 7637-4:2020 technical draft has included the low-frequency conducted immunity test in it.Therefore,the low-frequency conducted immunity test of high-voltage components of new energy vehicles aiming at this kind of cable coupling mode has become the focus of urgent attention of automobile manufacturers and suppliers.This paper will build an automatic test system for low frequency conducted immunity of high voltage components of new energy vehicles.
