摘 要:FPSO设计上一般10~15年进坞维修,在服役期间需要面对引起疲劳的周期载荷及考验总纵强度的台风工况。因为从FPSO开始投产到第1次坞修期间可能遇到FPSO本身来自生产模块的改造重量增重、海况设计条件变化及设计标准规范升级等问题,所以在第1次坞修之前,为全面掌握海洋石油115 FPSO坞修前的船体结构状态,按照船级社最新规范要求,建立了船体2D截面和3D舱段有限元模型,分别就船体梁强度和节点疲劳强度进行评估,计算结果表明其结构强度满足最新规范要求。FPSO is generally designed to repair in dock for 10 or 15 years. During the service period,it needs to face the cyclic load causing fatigue and the typhoon condition testing the total longitudinal strength. During the period from the start of FPSO production to the first dock repair,problems such as the weight gain of the FPSO itself from the transformation of topside module,the change of sea state design conditions and the upgrading of design standards and specifications may be encountered. Therefore,before the first dock repair,in order to fully grasp the hull structure state of HYSY 115 FPSO before dock repair,the 2D section and 3D cabin finite element models of the hull are established in accordance with the latest specification requirements of the classification society. The strength of the hull girder and the fatigue strength of the joints are evaluated respectively. The calculation results show that the structural strength meets the requirements of the latest code.
