摘 要:作为海洋油气资源勘探、开发重要载体的移动式平台是目前应用最为广泛的海洋装备。由于作业的需要会频繁迁航,拖航就位是比较危险的海上作业,在海油工发展历史上有过沉痛的教训,因此,移动式平台拖航就位安全问题引起世界范围的高度关注。针对某型移动式自安装井口平台运用MOSES软件建立平台分析模型,计算出不同工况下平台拖航的完整稳性和破舱稳性,结果表明该平台稳性满足规范要求。As an important carrier for the exploration and development of offshore oil and gas resources, mobile platform is the most widely used marine equipment at present. Due to the frequent relocation of operations, towing and positioning is a dangerous offshore operation, and there have been painful lessons in its development history. Therefore, the safety of towing and positioning of mobile platforms has attracted great attention all over the world. Aiming at a certain type of mobile jackup platform, the platform analysis model is established by MOSES software, and the intact stability and damage stability of the platform under different working conditions are calculated. The calculation results show that the stability of the platform meets the requirements of the specification.
